Hoestly I'd argue that Connie's sword would be more akin to a held item than something like Marowak or Cubone's bone (Marowak and Cubone's bone is with them when they hatch/evolve and is seemingly part of them and is copied by Ditto, meanwhile held items aren't, Connie's sword definitely isn't part of her body) and thus shouldn't be copied by Ditto, also even if Ditto copied Connie's skill, wouldn't she still have the edge in experience?
