Well, SBA. Both at central park, at the limit of the range of the most ranged one of them (likely CH with weapons), both hunting each other as a possible motivation?

I'd imagine CH at least being able to pull off what Bronn did, in that case. With prep, he could set up an artillery piece at the battle site to wound or kill Drogon before he could get in range.

Being at least as good a marksman as Bronn, and having access to more devastating modern weapons, he should be able to pull it off, also Drogon was stunned for quite a long time after Bronn hit him so assuming CH does the same, it should give enough time for CH to take another shot.

So I'm giving it to CH.
