Gogito gets every power in canon Dragon Ball, every item too, and AF is included and he starts at Super Saiyan but transformations act as normal multipliers (assume End of Game Joker = Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken x10000 or something and True Form YHVH = Mastered Ultra Instinct or something higher idk)

Stats are semi-equal obviously.

Gogito is bloodlusted and starts in Tartarus. Megami Tensei side doesn't know Gogito is coming.

Round 2: They do know, but Gogito has every power in Saint Seiya, JoJo, Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach (anime he is often put up against)
