Superman has resisted reality warping on universal and Multiversal scale and also he is physically strong enough to pull Darkseid from the source wall alone ( while it tooik prothean giants whose hands are solar system size to do it ) . Superman takes a definitive win here. He is physically stronger and has resisted reality warping from the likes of Mr. Mxzyptlk, Onslaught doesn't have anything on him. On top of that, Superman has a variety of ways of taking onslaught down. Superman wins 9.5/10 times.

While superman has reisistence to Onslaughts powers, he doesn't have immunity to them. So I am being generous.

If both are character, neither would go all out immediately. Onslaught would try to probe Superman, taking advantage of Superman's nature of holding back and reluctance to kill, and find a weakness. Not that I think it would work.

As old as this is, I just realalized somthing. Onslaught can control the minds of the likes of Thor and Hulk and can also rapidly jump between them. What would stop him from controling Superman?

"Willing" doesn't mean "not reluctant". It means he'll do it if he has to, but being Superman he'd try to find another way first.
