I mean, Meliodas gets heavily outskilled in hand to hand combat which is his go to. He has darkness defences and Regenerationn but after a time when he get tired they don't mean much. Full Counter could reflect any "magic" Mori uses but I think he only has special martial arts. Although you could argue the "supernatural effect" could be equalized as magic. He never uses soul hax even in extremely dangerous situations. His hellfire could be relevant depends on how Mori can deal with it if not that could be a wincon. Overall I think Mori might take this.

Why does everyone always say people outskill meliodas I hand to hand?

It's not like he hasn't shown some martial arts but I will admit nakaba stopped that after chp 100

It's because of Mori Jin's skill feats. Meliodas is very skilled but it seems like Mori is on another plane.
