Cirno day is a thing, and it is the 20th Pokemon anniversary. Speed equalized. Mega Mewtwo Y. Cirno is only allowed one resurrection.

Isn't Mega Mewtwo Y Planetary level? Basing ot on the stats at least. Or am I misunderstanding and it's actually the second form?

Either way Base is a win for Cirno, second form is arguable but I'm bias to Cirno since she can actually be engenious with her power and could freeze light. But if it's the third form (Which I'm assuming since it says Mega Mewtwo X and Y are there) then I say Mewtwo stomps.

Mega Mewtwo in the mystery dungeon games is Dwarf Star. Regular Mega Mewtwo is low end Island level.
