Mana Eimiya has no justification for her being city block level in her first key, she should be Large Building level via sheer size, being almost 50m tall, also she can chop buildings in half.
There is no justification for her speed either, she should be Subsonic for being able to dodge harpon and tomahawk missiles.
2nd key has no justification for ap either, i requested a feat of her making a hole in a mountain be calc but don't know when that will be calc, what we can scale her to is this:

Now her 4th form doesn't even exists, don't remember her merging with all human souls, she just merged with Makoto, only that should be Star level. As for her speed no idea where mach 34 comes from in her 2nd key guessing it's cause she punched a building to space, which would mean escape velocity, however that building landed on the moon very quickly, that's a Relativistic feat as far as i am aware so her 2nd and 3rd form would be Relativistic.
As for her finally form being FTL that is iffy, while inochi is the sun she changed into her sun form on earth and then became larger and then she left the planet, so it wasn't normal distance between the earth and sun, and it's not like she replaced the sun or anything, inochi was in space but as to how far is unknown, think she should just be Relativistic.
As for Inochi Nichiri being Solar System level, was never said she was gonna destroy the entire solar system, and pretty sure supernovas are Large Star level, also she shouldn't be MFTL+ either.
The other profiles are messy as well but think it will be too much to bring up here, examples being Montana Isaac and Kuumi Tobita have never dodged bullets, Kiri shouldn't have Continent level durability, Senri Shioya shouldn't be High 6-A and even if he was it was due to self destruction attack etc.
