The Euro banknotes are made of linen, so those rot away, but the coins are obviously made of metal, so Green Day can't really do anything.

Green Day works on living things only, and Milagro Man can't summon coins.

It can't. The distinguishing factor to identify Milagro Man's cursed money is the "13R" serial number. Coins don't have serial numbers anymore since there is next to no point in counterfeiting coins. Hence Milagro Man can't. Also, it has never once summoned coins.

Considering this is SBA, the fight takes place in Central Park, with lots off people around.

If Cio uses Green Day, the civilians around will likely be attacked, possibly breaking objects, which creates a shitton of money around, leading to Milagro doing it's thing, snowballing out of control, leading to Cio's death.

If Cio tries to transfer the curse, he could probably do it considering his intelligence and background.

While this may be easy because nobody in IRL New York know about it, Ciocollata likely doesn't know either (remember Ciocollata isn't from the same universe, so he would likely not have such knowledge), he would assume Milagro's user is nearby and activate Green Day.

Honestly, this feels like there are so many factors to what happens, but the curse would likely activate before Ciocollata can resolve the situation.

My vote goes to Milagro for the moment.

He can potentially pass off the curse, but it will be incredibly hard to do. He can probably find out how it works due to the open secret. Maybe he can pass it off in some Passione transaction with other money
