Chin has no dura, so Freddy can easily kill him in one hit if he relies on his stealth proficiency. However i can't see him touching Chin who has ridiculous amount of range compared to Fredster.

SBA putting him at peak condition assumes he's on heroin, which makes him immune to damage on the level of his own calc. You should specify he doesn't have heroin.

Also, isn't the effect of heroin pretty temporary regardless? Freddy would be able to kill in one hit once it wears off.

SBA says that they should start only "tens of meters" apart, in Central Park, New York City. Time of day is unknown, but probably sometime in the evening to be fair, given that HK97 takes place during the day and FNAF takes place during the early morning? Freddy should have no time to use stealth since he starts in plain view of Chin, and vice versa.

Chin's extremely experienced and willing to kill billions of people if necessary, so he won't let his guard down even though Freddy doesn't look like a combatant at first glance. Chances are Chin will instantly find a large anthropomorphic animatronic singing bear standing in the middle of Central Park extremely suspicious (and rightfully so). So Chin will immediately shoot at the obviously made-in-China killer robot the moment he sees him. Freddy then ******* explodes before he can even get close, since he doesn't have any dodging feats.
