The Bleach revision is still going, but from my understanding, Meninas would also be upgraded to somewhere into tier 6, either because of the new LN size (don't know how much this would influence her tier) or from the novel statement that compares her strength to that of Kenpachi. So you'll have Meninas at 6-C lowball (probably from the LN size) and High 6-A at the biggest highball (from Base Kenpachi who should be around that).

So I'll just go with Meninas for now.
