Hello everyone.
As the title suggests, this thread essentially exists for the sole purpose ofwanking doing Tsunade some justice. I'm going to propose some abilites for her, and flesh out some of the attributes she already has on her profile.
Oh, and I guess I might as well propose some additions for other characters too while we're at it. Two very big birds with one stone, as Jiraiya would put it......hehehehehe.

Tsunade:
- Tsunade should get Genius Intelligence, and have her intelligence section updated to reflect her actual level:
- Immortality (Type 3; She can regenerate from what would normally be lethal injuries using her Creation Rebirth Jutsu, such as impalement, and can even survive complete bisection for an extended period of time while extremely low on chakra)
- Enhanced Senses and Information Analysis (Can detect someone's erratic heartbeats, and accurately diagnose their physical condition with a mere glance from a few meters away)
- Sleep Inducement (Can create undetectable knockout drugs that can be utilized against experienced Shinobi, and should be able to create and use knockout gases like Sakura, since she's the one who taught her how to make them)
- Immense Pain Tolerance (She can withstand grueling and life-threatening injuries, such as swords plunging straight through her torso and getting cut in half, without succumbing to the pain or losing the ability to fight. Easily endured being stabbed straight through the chest by Orochimaru, and then getting repeatedly slashed by his blade)
- Water Walking.....I mean, duh. It's crazy that she doesn't have it already.
- Justification for being a Skilled Hand-to-Hand Combatant (She is an elite Shinobi with decades of combat experience under her belt. She casually disarmed and outskilled Naruto. She's able to contend with masterful combatants such as Kabuto, Orochimaru, and Madara Uchiha for extended periods of time)
- Poison Manipulation (Can produce and imbue her weaponry with deadly poisons) and Resistance to Poison Manipulation via antidotes (Can analyze and produce antidotes to even the deadliest of poisons, which she later on taught to Sakura. These antidotes can completely neutralize the effects of any poison, even while being exposed to the poison directly. Medical Ninjustu can also heal from the effects of, and even directly remove, poison)
- Additional justification for her Biological Manipulation and limited Regeneration Negation (She should be capable of combining her chakra-enhanced fists with her medical Ninjutsu in a similar manner to Sakura in order to simultaneously heal the damage resulting from the punches, eventually killing the affected cells from over-replication)
- Intelligence: Genius (A medical genius known the world over as the strongest Kunoichi, and the world's foremost medical expert. She has been credited as one of the principle reasons that led to Konoha's victory during the Second and Third Shinobi World War thanks to her contributions both on the battlefield and in developing the "One Medic Specialist per 4-Man Cell" system, which greatly increased the survival rates of Shinobi cells. She has performed many seemingly impossible feats in the medical field such as healing the psychological damage inflicted upon Sasuke and Kakashi by Tsukuyomi with a mere touch, healing Rock Lee's spine injury which was deemed a helpless case, counteracted the effects of the Three Coloured Pills with instructions from the Nara Clan's Sacred Medical Guide, analyzed and neutralized the poisons of renowned experts such as Chiyo of the Sand, and much more. She was also noted to be the only one capable of healing Orochimaru's arms, which had their soul sealed away and lost their ability to function, even though Orochimaru had the aid of a competent Medical Ninja such as Kabuto. She is adept enough to perform complex autopsies, even on a cellular level, and synthesize artificial limbs from the cells of her grandfather, Hashirama Senju. However, her crowning medical achievement is perhaps her development of the Creation Rebirth Jutsu, which goes a step beyond healing and actually regenerates all of her wounds by drawing on her chakra reserves to perform cellular division and heal almost any injury. In addition to her medical expertise, she is also an elite Shinobi who's known as part of Konoha's Sannin alongside Orochimaru and Jiraiya and the World's Strongest Kunoichi. She graduated from the academy at the tender age of 6, and has since then developed into a Shinobi that would command the respect of legends such as Hanzo, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and even the likes of Madara Uchiha. She's an expert combatant with decades of experience on the battlefield, and was deemed as the most fitting choice for the position of Hokage after Hiruzen's passing. Finally, she was awarded a 5 on her Databook entry's intelligence category, which makes her comparable to other geniuses such as Orochimaru, Kakashi, and Itachi)

- Sleep Inducement (Can create and use knockout gases)
- Analytical Prediction (Tsunade taught and trained Sakura to master her evasion techniques, which allowed her to gradually read someone's attack patterns and start dodging accordingly, even from blindspots)
- Immense Pain Tolerance (She can withstand grueling and life-threatening injuries, such as Kido's thick Kyuubi Cloak tail being plunged through her stomach, without succumbing to the pain or losing the ability to fight)
- Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (She was unaffected after being electrocuted by Kido's Lightning Clone, and could physically hold back his Raiton Bear Trap without any ill effects by concentrating her chakra)
- Possible Resistance to Paralysis Inducement/Existence Erasure/Power Nullification??? (She was still able to move and attack after being stabbed by Madara's TSB staff, and even regenerated her wound later, thanks to her Byakugō Justu)
- Justification for her Regeneration (Low-Mid; Scales to Tsunade's application of Creation Rebirth, which allows her to regenerate organs and limbs, heal from complete impalement, and even survive bisection. She also regenerated from a thick chakra tail being plunged through her midsection)
- Sleep Inducement (Can create and use knockout gases)
- The knockout drugs/bombs should be included in her Standard/Optional Equipment section.
- The antidotes should be included in her Standard/Optional Equipment section.
- Analytical Prediction (Tsunade taught and trained Sakura to master her evasion techniques, which allowed her to gradually read someone's attack patterns and start dodging accordingly, even from blindspots)
- Immense Pain Tolerance (She can withstand grueling and life-threatening injuries, such as Kido's thick Kyuubi Cloak tail being plunged through her stomach, without succumbing to the pain or losing the ability to fight)

- I say "Possible" because there's a chance this is just PIS.
Sasuke Uchiha (Part II):
- Resistance to Soul Manipulation (By using his chakra, can resist and overpower Orochimaru's attempt to take over his body, which entailed Orochimaru implanting his soul into Sasuke's body; however, he loses control to Orochimaru if he runs out of chakra)
- Immense Pain Tolerance (He was unaffected by one of his wings getting blown off, and was able to continue fighting despite the Susano'o causing "every cell in his body to hurt")
- Extra justification for his Resistance to Poison Manipulation (He can absorb Kurama's chakra, which acts like a poison, without suffering any ill effects)
- with the Rinnegan:
- Immense Pain Tolerance (He was unaffected by one of his wings getting blown off, and was able to continue fighting despite the Susano'o causing "every cell in his body to hurt")
- Extra justification for his Resistance to Poison Manipulation (He can absorb Kurama's chakra, which acts like a poison, without suffering any ill effects)
- with the Rinnegan:
- Extrasensory Perception with the Rinnegan (The Rinnegan is capable of perceiving invisible barriers, and can even see the Invisible Limbo Clones, which reside in a different dimension and are normally impossible to perceive)
- Sasuke Uchiha (New Era) gets this as well, for obvious reasons.

- More justification for his Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Sasuke had repeatedly endured a lethal dose of various poisons)
Itachi Uchiha:
- Sealing, BFR, and Illusion Creation with the Totsuka Blade (The Totsuka Blade is an ethereal weapon imbued with a Sealing Jutsu. Once it pierces its target, it seals their bodies and souls into a genjutsu world of drunken dreams for all eternity. Orochimaru, who had been sealed by the blade, was said to have had his presence completely erased from the Ninja World)
- Reactive Evolution and Power Nullification with Yata Mirror (It can change every one of its properties in order to match those of other attacks, allowing it to nullify them, whether the attacks are physical or spiritual)

Naruto Uzumaki (Part I):
- Immense Pain Tolerance (He showed no signs of pain when he let Kabuto stab through his hand with a kunai, and even had enough strength left to grab hold of him.He endured Sasuke piercing through his chest and lungs, and could withstand the ill effects of overusing Kurama's poisonous, corrosive, chakra, unlike others who were exposed to it such as Sakura)
- Poison Manipulation with Kurama's chakra and Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Kurama's chakra acts like a poison that's difficult for even a skilled medic, who's well versed in countering deadly poisons, to properly heal. Naruto is seemingly immune to these effects, and recovers from them very quickly)

- Resistance to Mind Manipulation/Body Puppetry (Can resist and undo the binding of Edo Tensei, which can control the bodies and erase the personalities of the revived corpses, whenever he wants)
Madara Uchiha:

- Absorption (Can absorb chakra in direct physical contact with himself, which he has demonstrated when he absorbed Amaterasu, Hashirama's Senjutsu chakra, and Kyuubi chakra from a downed Shinobi)
- Resistance to Absorption and Status Effect Inducement with Susano'o (His Susano'o's defenses were capable of protecting Kurama from Hashirama's absorption and suppression techniques, which was noted by Madara himself. Hashirama only managed to use his suppression techniques when he stripped the Majestic Attire off)
- Sealing (Via the Six Paths Ten-Tails Coffin Seal, which can seal both the Ten-Tails and God Tree inside of the user)

Kisame Hoshigaki:
- Immense Pain Tolerance (Laughed off having his chest blown open by Bee's Lariat. He bit off his own tongue in order to avoid giving up intel, and willingly let himself get eaten alive by sharks without making a single noise)
