stat wise their equal but Acqua wouls easily destroy Cracker's biscuit armor also Acqua is a powerful Water manipulator so when Acqua finds out about Cracker's weakness to water its easy Acqua's win, personally I think this is unfair since Acqua can manipulate five thousand tons of water in a 2km radius.

Acqua wins this, he's more skilled, more experienced and he's perfectly capable of bombarding Cracker with his water magic from all sides at the same time he's fighting him in close combat.
