Characters existing outside the normal laws of time

Automatically I don't think they would count. Being outside the laws of time could imply Acausality or something else depending on the context.
 
Nothing else actually. I got it from MK11 where Raiden from the past (who was brought to the future) states that his present self disappeared because he exists outside the normal laws of time. I was quite doubtful about me classifying it as time resistance.

that seems like type 2 acausality
