This will probably go very similar to Neon's fight with Yang in the beggining, however Deku's style of combat is far more flexible. He also has acess to a powerup that is pretty similar to Yang's semblance, which he can use to close out the match pretty fast considering his High 8-C scales to people who eat 8-C+ characters for breakfast.

Deku high-diffs this, with Neon trolling him for the first half of the match, and Deku adapting and amping or her combat style in the second half.

Neon's durability needs to get updated but for all intents and purposes things don't change that much and Izuku's intelligence, maneuverability, and AP give him the win here (he's totally getting a beating though).
