Izuku vs neon rematch

Half of Neon's aura was eaten up by single gauntlet shot, Neon doesn't backscale from High8C and neither does Deku both are scaled to 8C+ characters and Deku does have the intelligence advantage in what way is Neon equal to him

Alright then Deku can win this he's likely to lead with range and can break the ice at 20% plus he's got the intelligence advantage and Neon is likely to burn herself out in this fight

If Deku is allowed 20% than he can break the ice and now has a range advantage. He also has experience with and feats of predicting characters far faster than himself such as Gran Torino and Mirio, so after analyzing Neon for a few seconds, he'll start predicting her movements to dodge.

20% also gives Deku an AP, Dura and Speed amp in exchange for hurting him tremendously, so Neon's Semblance wouldn't be enough to blitz him anymore, and he gains the AP advantage far more decisively. He catches Neon and starts going to town, and since her aura runs out quite quick, this match should be in the bag.

Deku could only be allowed his Air Force gauntlets, which he uses 20% for. That would allow him a way to break the ice without needing to amp all his stats outside of his range becoming high 8c.

If not that then it's a stomp either way.

Deku can't break the ice and gets stomped, but if any of his High 8c keys are used, Neon gets one shot.

Uh, I don't think being smarter than someone allows you to instantly react to them speed amp blitzing and freezing your arms and legs solid with ice you can't break.

I mean even bullheaded Yang was able to think up a strategy to prevent neon from spamming her semblance by busting up the floor

OP now says 8%. @Spinoirr can you pls inform us when you change the match? I almost didn't catch it.

And according to Weekly, 8% would one shot Neon.

8% takes this he easily outlasts her, her semblance won't be as effective as it was against Yang since according to Bakugo he could only react to 8% Deku because his attacks were telegraphed, Deku could also KO her in a couple blows

> Fight starts

> Neon uses her semblance to blitz and hit Deku

> Deku goes 8%

> proceeds to beat Neon up and down the battlefield like a pong pong ball because he's high 8c with no drawbacks now

Wdym telegraphed? He has the exact same movement at 8% as he does 5, just way better. 20% is the only percentage that limits his movements due to the stress it causes his muscles.

Neon doesn't lead with ice dust, and the second she hits him and he can't react fast enough with 5%, he'll just amp to 8% and she loses.

Uh, what reasons? This match is either a stomp for Neon or a stomp for Deku. Deku has no win con if he's only 5%, Neon has even less of a win con if he's allowed anything higher.

Also Neon is getting Gravity Dust with the current revision so that would also mess Deku up if he gets hit with it

No, she leads with normal baton hits with her Semblance amped speed. She does employ her ice dust casually, but she doesn't start the match attempting to freeze people, she starts with blitzing with normal hits. Which Deku would amp for and proceed to one shot.

We didn't see a full fght between her and a Paladin, so we don't know what her opening move was. The Paladins were also attempting to kill her and all her friends in the middle of a practical war zone, and I don't think SBA is going to put her in the same state of mind as she was in that fight, so even if she did lead with ice dust against the Paladin, she isn't going to do so against Deku.

She has never used gravity dust in character so that's a moot point, and she gets destroyed by 8% Deku before she even attempts to use it.

This is a stomp both ways as long as high 8c characters one shotting Neon is accepted. End the thread if we can't advance past this point tbh.
