I ask this because in the Meito Section, it's listed as only 7-A despite it surviving an attack from King in Wano who's listed as 6-B

Zoro generally uses this blade in his mouth all the time, and based off of the anime adaptation which is accepted as canon here, we saw King punch and basically clash with it for a while, before knocking it back but not breaking / shattering it:
