Can you use storyboards as evidence for feats?

I was wondering, can you use storyboards from duty developement of any series as a for, of evidence to support feat? Such as this with Halo Combat Evolved where Master Chief dodged sentinel beams or is that not allowed as it is not in the final cut?

Storyboards have occasionally been secondary canon if it's supported by sequels and other canon sources, such as the Halo 4 storyboard where it was revealed that Didact's alleged 7-B scaling feat never happened because in the actual game, he wasn't on the Mantle's Approach when it detonated. And it is revealed that John was teleported to safety slightly before the Havok detonated which resulted in the Mantle getting blown up. Not to mention it effortlessly destroyed the hardlight bridge and Didact struggled to break even a few chains made out of the same type of hardlight.

As for this feat, it really wouldn't matter whether or not this storyboard is usable because I looked at it myself and it's clearly considered Aim Dodging. We don't see him actively move compared to the laser, and we just get them charging and he is ducking with the shot missed; where he could have easily ducked slightly before the lasers were fired.

okay, thank you for this info, I wasn't sure about it anyway as it did not make it to the final product
