Almighty doesn't work like that. But outside the wiki scaling yhwach does puts Goku in a box.
He can choose, alter and affect future possibilities. He can't affect past.

Yeah it has durability negation but In wiki Uni bleach ain't a thing anymore so no feat for affecting character of 4D durability. Well Yhwach was destroying a planet to nuke the verse you see.
