Can an invulnerable characters be affected by AZ and temperatures hotter than the suns core?

Well if you're talking about invulnerability in general, then the physical ramifications of Absolute Zero (stopping all matter from moving) would still apply if they have no resistance to it, but they won't be hurt by the sheer temperature unless the verse that this AZ is coming from treats it as durability negation. Same thing goes for things hotter than the sun.
In terms of God Hand, since you put Herc in the tags...
I'm honestly not quite sure, A-rank NPs are rated at 79.9 GT on this wiki. However, their raw power isn't the reason why they pierce God Hand, but the fact that they are conceptually ranked as A-rank by some nebulous measurement system. So I think the safest thing to say is that Durability Negation via Conceptual Manipulation is needed to bypass God Hand.

What about heat hotter than the suns core?

Basically if neither verse treats having a heat hotter than the sun's core as durability negation or possessing hax that the invulnerable character cannot resist, then nothing happens. And in the case of Herc, he'll just shrug it off
