Im gonna vote inconclusive. I Dont think Diavolo has anyway to deal with the gravity falling away from Pucci, but Pucci is probably not gonna be able to get around the time erasure either.

Pucci has no way of hitting Diavolo because of precog+time erase, bu I don't think Diavolo may be able to reach Pucci though.

Why would he lead with that in character? He never attacks by jumping. Besides, gravity would affect him even if they did. Incon FRA btw

Although, C-Moon gravity's its not possible to avoid, attacking Pucci is not impossible, in order to avoid being inverted inside out Diabolo just need to erase that moment; plus identify KC ability is a little more difficult that C-M's, so Pucci have more chances at the start to be took by surprise. Not a easy fight, but I believe that Diavolo have overall more chances to win.

I don't disagree with Diavolo managing to get an attack off, changing my vote to him.

The environment would be nothing but a minor inconvenience to Diavolo, he doesn't even need precog to erase time & avoid something bad coming into him. Literally flying while erasing time helps going through the already maneuverable video game-like scenario C-Moon makes. But being 10ms apart this part would only matter so much anyway.

C-Moon's not gonna be able to get a hit him on the head or chest like he does after a time erase and with Diavolo behind it. This in turn wouldn't be the same as the situation with Bruno for Diavolo as he would now be punching a Stand alone, without its user.
