i'll go with byakuya via Kido expertise (he can use rikujokoro to bind natsu and just go for the kill tbh,use sokatsui to overwhelm natsu,use danku to defend himself etc.)

also his senbonzakura pretty much closes an opportunity for cqc's since the petals defensively and offensively circulate him.he can further enhance it with senkei if needed

plus he has Gokei which pretty much traps you in a circular blender and slice you from every direction

Flames vs petals pretty much and Natsu can burn his binding kidou just like he did with sting's paralisis.

Sting is weaker than Natsu so him burning it off should be a piece of cake.

Byakuya could just reapply it while bombarding him with his petals. Also he can use other lower level paralysis/binding kido that has nothing to burn off. Such as Sai (causing them to lock there arms behind), Hakufuku (causing them to blackout and not remembering what happened), Inemuri and Tanma Otoshi (causing them to fall unconscious).

He can also go invisible with Kyokko. And before people start saying he hasn't shown them so he can't use them, he has shown using up to level 81 bakudo (Danku) so lower level ones are a cinch to him. Also him being a kido master he will spam them.

So all in all Byakuya spams his kido and bombards with his bankai.

I'm leaning towards Byakuya. Natsu is a good fighter, but Byakuya should be more skilled. Byakuya is a kido master, plus he should have more battle experience. Natsu will have to deal with Byakuya's petals, while Byakuya himself can keep his distance. Adding the fact that Byakuya can bind him + has shunpo, which can help him dodge Natsu. So I'd say Byakuya wins high diff for these reasons.
