Onto round 2 of our battle of glass cannons! This round we have None other then Mr. Burns, from The Simpsons, Submitted by GoCommitDu, goin up against Elsa from Frozen, Submitted by Adem Warlock69

The Current Standings

Speed is equal

They start in range

Elsa is Wall level durability with up to Island AP

Mr Burns is Below Average durability with Building+ AP

Thats all! Let this very odd battle begin!

Burns is kinda old, I am not sure if he is exactly the best shot.

Elsa has an actual defense against Burn's attacks anyway (Ice structures could block stuff.)

Voting her since she has a way around his gun and he has nothing to beat Ice.
 
As far as his aim and gun skills. He is a good shot. He does frequently use guns in the show like pistols and rifles, and implies uses them off screen a lot. Plus his time In the military. Also why he always is carrying one or two guns on him. So he would be a good shot.
 
The fact Burns is skilled in wielding guns and has been in the military doesnt matter when Elsa can just make a massive wall of ice to block the bullets.

I vote her for the reasons above.
 
Elsa would most likely go for a more offensive option rather than a defensive one at first and burns would get in his shot before she uses her ice on him

Like, even if Elsa goes for offense instead of defense, the ice constructs she creates for attack are probably large enough to block the bullet.

Burns might be able to shoot her in some scenarios, but Elsa should win more often than not.
 
Yeah, Elsa would end up simultaneously attacking and defending with her ice attacks, and it would just need a flick of her hand, which is quicker than aiming and shooting a gun. There's also a chance she could just freeze his hand and gun.

If it weren't for the above, the gun would probably catch her off guard, since afaik, she would have no knowledge of what they are, so the noise and damage would wind up shocking her, and creating an opening. But that doesn't really matter due to her simultaneous attack and defense, and likely quicker activation.
 
Those instances are highly inconsistent with his normal showings. He has way way WAY more feats that show him to be much stronger than that. He wouldn't be limited on his gun as they never show to limit him.
 
The 10-C version of him is still not that weak. His normal 10-C version shows he is about on par to slightly stronger than an average child. His Weaker than an ant gags aren't actually usable as massively inconsistent
