Bubsy and 682 do have a lot of similar abilities, so let's run down every stat:

• Attack potency: Pretty much equal.
• Abilities: Same number of, but differing abilities.
• Range: Bubsy has superior attack range.

Looking at it, Bubsy could have a shot at winning via Transmutation, which 682 doesn't appear to have any resistance against. If win is by any means, I vote Bubsy for that reason. And that's ignoring Bubsy's abilities via the remote control, which could distort and confuse 682.

Edit: 682 also doesn't appear to have any counters for Toon Force either, which Bubsy is full of. And with Invulnerability, Invisibility, and more via his shirts, Bubsy has quite the shot at winning here.

It depends on who even gets the first move.

If Bubsy gets in transmutation, bye bye 682. If 682 gets in the black hole, Bubsy might be done.

Though I doubt the black hole would insta-kill Bubsy given Bubsy's Portable Holes. All he'd need to do is get in there and catch 682 off guard.

Bubsy's variety of haxxed equipment make this his win in most circumstances.

Also, on a side note, Bubsy's plot manipulation would do over 682 hard. His plot manip is strong enough to re-write the overarching story of the game manual. That would severely alter the results of this fight.

It's a wincon since 682 doesn't resist plot manip in article canon iirc, but Bubsy's only ever used it in a game manual it seems, so him using it ic is kinda unlikely
