On top of the implications given to Doom he does have at least adaptive technology, that is until the radioactive wave hits regardless of contact.
And before you say it, he doesn't resist specifically memory manipulation and also isn't magic based.

Nearly-Unlikely due to Doom having capabilities that can be used against himself, didn't Ovens advise not to put it up against power lords like Doom, someone with almost the amount of resistances as it and barely any offense should do the trick?
