Brackets Returns! 8-C Edition...

So, ever since the 9-A brackets went down the gutter (cough Daredevil vs. Akame cough) due to the crazy number of content revsions, AP gaps, and all kinds of other things, I kind of just dropped the brackets altogether. I can tell how much me staying into them kept them alive and breathing, as practically all of the old brackets threads are pretty much dead now, which is a shame.

That put, I want to try again, with a tier that is pretty small from bottom to top, and typically has calced feats. 8-C!

The rules are the same:

  • Building level characters only (No High 8-C), this means both AP and Dura.
  • Speed is equalized on all matchups where it is needed to prevent a stomp.
  • All the matchups have to be fair, as I intend to add them to profiles when they are decided.
  • No high level hax, or OP Dura negging abilities. I'll look at each recommendation separately, of course. I'd also like to avoid powerful mindhax/soulhax as that would be a nightmare to balance.
  • New Rule: Only two recommendations per person. Post more and I won't consider any.
Crossed fingers this thread gets some love, and cheers! I promise not to let this one die if I can, lol.

I'm liking the look of Mirio and Ripple for right now. I'm interested in Kai as a replacement for Mirio if the power level of the recommendations starts going up.
 
Yeah, Bounty Hunter is a bit much with Probablity Hax, Soulhax, Powernull, and Sealing, although I don't know how they operate personally, so I might reconsider.
 
The spell Banish Negative Emotions banish temporaly any negative sentiments, meanwhile, the spell Create Good Feelings create positive emotions. Unfortunally, is everything about the spells, he didn't use spell in the game, but the guide gave him those spells.
 
How come no one said Sans yet ovo

I would say about the Scooby Doo characters, but they may not be 8-C whenever the calcs that should, in theory, upgrade them come to.
 
Sans is... weird. I feel like he's too haxxed for the current lineup, though.
