Bowser vs Frieza (All Forms, and Personal Equipment)

Yes All forms, including Dreamy Bowser, Grand Star Bowser, the new Shiny RoboBowser from M&L Paper Jam Bros, Giant Bowser forms,ect. and both can use weapons/power-ups they've already used in combat, same goes to Frieza

Isn't Golden Frieza Universal or so? I think that's stronger than anything Bowser's got unless the super flimsy Multi-Universal Dreamy Bowser argument can be used here.

I think Frieza wins mid-difficulty with Golden Form.
