Essentially Boa Hancock should have Memory Manipulation (Type: Empathic manipulation) with her devil fruit powers.

The way this works according to a member of her crew is "your memory from right before and after you were turned to stone is gone", the three Kuja who were turned to stone had no recollection of ever being petrified by Hancock. In the next Arc we see this again where Hancock is breaking Luffy into Impel Down and she petrifies Domino, who after being un-petrified states "Strange, there is a little gap in my memory"

Actually, after thinking twice or 5 times, I'm not sure if it is like that, the reason that they lack memories about the time during the petrification is because they are...petrified, I can see it as that, but it also doesnt seems only like that, because the statement is like ''there is a little gap in my memory'', which can be a prove that it is Petrification + Memory hax instead of only petrification that lead the body being petrified, yeah, I still agree after all, I'm just sharing that it can have some different points to notice
