Lucifero should have a conceptual manipulation (Type 3) on his profile btw a true one and not just limited since he is the reason why Morris magic can interfere with concepts [1] [2] the devil he is talking about is obviously lucifero [3] [4] since he is the only devil possessing Morris and because that his magic can modify a thoughts and rules by messing with it's concept unless you all wanna say that those are made of magic which clearly aren't... furthermore Morris said something that the moment his magic touch anyone they are finished since his magic can even modify a concept itself lilith and namaah should also have a CM type 3 since it stated their magic can affect a concept.
 
It will and besides it never stated that it is only limited on magic if they disagree they had to explain why people, thoughts, and laws are made of magic

You got that wrong. The reason why Morris can affect concepts is because his modification magic was boosted by Devil Power.

While that Devil Power comes from Lucifero, Lucifero doesn't have modification magic, and therefore is unable to affect concepts

he explicitly stated multiple times that lucifero power made his magic able to interfere with concept that's what i thought at first too but after reading his profile on fandom site and considering the twin devil can interfere with concept he should also be able too and that's likely the reason why his magic can destroy a magic, the dream magic, that is supposedly an intangible by messing with it's concept like what morris did to counter the dream world. I would create a CTR regarding to it can you all agree with it? If you still have some doubt how about likely? Even though it's really obvious that he can also do what Morris and the twin devil can do.
