The other rounds, Bill via better hax. The reason 5 and bonus are stomps is you are comparing finite multiverse to infinite multiverse.

R1: could be Bill, could be inconclusive, but rather on Dialgas side, being the concept of time, Dialgas time manip should be greater than Bills, also causality manip and acausality

R2: could be Bill, could be inconclusive, but rather on Palkias side, being the concept of space should enable Palkia to overcome Bills resistance, also acausality

R3: should be Giratina via hax versatility

R4: definitely the trio, via 3v1, when they are quite equal in 1v1

R5: Bill easily

Extra: Debatable, yes we are talking infinite vs finite multiversal, but as long as they are on the same plane of existence hax can overcome the difference and Arceus is really strong when it comes to hax. It might not be enough, but discussing it would certainly be interesting.
