So we all know the latest CRT concluded that the cosmology of Gravity Falls goes from Low 1-C to 1-B in dimensions.

Now lets get to Bill's true plan

• "You think those chains are tight? Imagine living in the second dimension, flat minds in a flat world with flat minds."

Bill clearly sees the idea of lower dimensions unfair, he sees it as a trap or a limitation.

• "I liberated my dimension Stanford and I am here to liberate yours"

Bill states that he sees himself as a hero, someone who is saving the lower dimensions from the cruel limitations they have due to their nature. His plan is to "liberate" all dimensions causing everyone and everything to be free from the limitations of dimensionality and under his control

• "Finally your dimension will be free, anything will be possible. I'll remake a fun world, a better world. A party that never ends with a host that never dies, no more restrictions no more laws!"

Bill once again states his plan is to save all the dimensions one by one making a new world with absolute freedom of any laws or restrictions that he was under the control of when he was in his homeworld

Gravity Falls Multiverse is the habitat of higher dimensional beings like the Exwhylia or Trilazzxx Beta

This narratively implies Bill was gonna slowly rise in dimensionality slowly setting all of them free one by one, this is supported by what he did in the show.Remember Bill was from the second dimension, he set his dimension free and gained a three dimensional makeover. This allowed him to take over the third dimension and set it free too.

Which is why I believe at full potential Bill was passively gonna slowly rise up in dimensions till he came to the end. Twelfth dimension

• Thats why I believe Bill's dimension manipulation hax should allow him up to 12D

I'd agree only if it's through Dimensional Manipulation, as Bill is clearly 3D in the show, while he seemingly can increase his dimensionality.

Yeah nah i agree as well, so probably add “potentially HDE” alongside his dimensional manip and subjective reality, making it clear that he can ascend dimensions by liberating them or something

Only in terms of whether it is applicable for a tier. It is 12D regardless of a tier, so HDE should fully be 12D.

How? Literally the only reason why it is “Possibly 1-B” is because it can equally be string theory or brane cosmology, and in case of string theory those 12 dimensions would not be superior to the lower ones, but they would still be 12D meaning HDE extends to that regardless.
