Bill Cipher Dreamscape Key and Other Upgrades

"If someone's nonexistence entails not being able to interact with reality, you cannot give them AP based on that." Attack Potency dictates that a character with mountain level strength isn't necessarily able to destroy mountains, but they are capable of damaging people on that level.

So, Bill might not be able to affect High 3-A structures in his dreamscape form, but he does have High 3-A AP.
 
No he does not. He blatantly lacks infinite power. He cannot even hurt a 10-B, let alone a High 3-A because of one statement he made in that book.
 
Something like this: "Unknown (Cannot affect reality, although has been stated to come from a higher dimension)"

You could remove the latter part though.

More like Restricted Bill is Low 2-C for being more powerful than the Shacktron which used the portal as energy. The portal can destroy the universe just by being fully operational.

The shacktron is not powered by the portal, nor does it use it to attack once. Giving tier based on that isn't any more logical than saaying it's 9-C because a bunch of hot teens running are it's powersource, or saying it's 9-B because of a t-rex head is one of it's mainb attack methods.

Also, did you miss the "we do not scale the AP of a vehicle or even mecha to it's powersource, because that isn't how that works."

The teens could have been a power control mechanism. Your statement about scaling after analysis is a case by case basis subject. It is not always true. In this case, I rather used a quote from the Gravity Falls Book about how the Mecha is built and work then say it the teens that powered just the robots because of Mabel statement and the reading of power as the teen ran.
 
No, they run, and when they ran faster more energy was input. And by that logic, the energy output is still limited to a finite amount.

The fact that people are arguing that Bill before weirdmageddon and thatt the Shacktron is capable of busting a universe is ridicolous. You need to probe that the energy source scales to AP, and there is no proof of it.
 
And the manifestation was blown up, it was merely undone. Much like how them chanigng their size, and moving, was.
 
For full power Bill, i'm between 2-A and High 2-A

bc the Gravity Falls Multiverse is theorized to have 5 mathematical dimensions,but idk if that's sufficiente evidence

Unless you say he is already higher-dimensional when in mindscaper form, this doesn't aply. There is also a fact that normal people can end up eating planets around there, so giving a tier based on what happens and goes on in there is a rather bad idea.

Wasn't bill in the real world said to be either equal or stronger than bill in the dreamscape
 
also he should recieve more abilities from the books such as

1. posion manip

2.intangibility

3. immersion

4. fear manip

etc. etc.

i will look for more but those are the ones i remember

To be honest, destroyed the timeline had to specify because the requirement for Low 2-C are destroying or created Timeline

2-C: Low Multiverse level
This category is separated in the following manner:

  • Universe level+: ("Low 2-C") This is for characters who can destroy and/or create the entire 4-dimensional space-time of a single universe, not just the physical matter within one. For example, an entire timeline.
  • Low Multiverse level: Characters who can destroy and/or create up to 1000 universal space-time continuums. The power difference between Low 2-C and 2-C characters is not possible to exactly quantify, given that the latter category has to breach the distance between universes along a 5-dimensional axis.
 
just a quick question but shouldn't bill be considered smarter than ford by pulling up calculations which would have taken him an extremely long time instantly and by putting him ahead of schedule while he possessing him in one night and apparently making his own cipher which he then wrote throughout the book?
