Which Key is Allen Walker in? since from Noah's Ark Arc and beyond he has Crown Clown.

That isn't a Key.
Here are his Key's
Keys: Introduction Arc | Noah's Ark Arc | Third Exorcist Arc | Searching For A.W. Arc
Every version of Allen from Noah's Ark Arc and beyond has Crown Clown. To give your an analogy: Crown Clown is Allen's form of Ichigo's Shikai while SOE is Allen's form of a Bankai.
They aren't Keys but rather transformations that the characters have.

Alright:
I'll given Allen's AP scaling right know, then explain his hax's later at another time.
So Allen's Low 6-B scaling goes something like. (Note: </> denotes slightly lower or stronger than that character while <<< denotes a one-shot difference between the two)
Earl's Casual Dark Matter Blast (1.7 Teratons) = to > Bookman <<< Level 3's <<< Level 3.5's <<< Noah like Tyki Mikk which are > to = Crown Clown Allen.
So Allen has a large Low 6-B scaling chain which is filled with one-shots of characters who themselves are decently deep into Low 6-B.
