Beerus New Upgrades

So beerus now has a few new feats due to the most recent episode of dragon ball super aka episode 69 where he was about to destroy arale and he also hakaied a ghost which isnt ghosts in an astral plain which could mean he would have the potental to beat fusion zamasu in that astral cloud form oh and arale as i checked here is said to have 4th wall breaking, 4th wall awareness, and toon force abilities and vegeta even called her a comic gag character.

So any thoughts about this? And What tier would this make beerus?

Anyways, idk about the toon force part as i'll wait for others to comment about that but IIRC, ghosts in DB arent really "ghosts" they are more depicted like spirits in Bleach. Like when Goku temporaily came back to earth when he was dead. Same with Grandpa Gohan and so on. They arent like real ghosts who are intangible and what not. So im not sure what that would be for Beerus. All of this seems somewhat speculative
