He saw some the Man with Black Suit and black hat walk into him. Then, he felt some fighting spirit from the black hat man. Green-Haired challenged him and he accept his challenge, for improving their skills... but he become berserk and instantly transform into....

Nope that's is Pre Timeskip

but Zoro has higher Ap than Saber a bit which Zoro is 1.97 killotons of TnT (scale from Wiper?) and Saber is 1.2 killotons of TnT (scale from Frozen Beast Blades) right?

Since Saber is in Primitive Dragon, he is fully berserk. He starts with the Void Talon which is like a whip claw thing that grabs things but I don't see it working with Zoro's Class M lifting strength and Analytical Prediction.

The biggest problem for Zoro though is Saber's constant Explosive Aura/Aoe moves that has a pretty big blast radius. The strongest of his Aoe moves is Crash Hissatsu Giri which one shotted Storious, Legeiel, Zooous who were comparable to Saber.
