I think there are a few feats of strength, speed, durability, etc. that were missed. No offense to anyone, just my 2 cents.
Bayonetta
[Strength]
-She worked a machine in the lost holy grounds that not only changed day into night, but brought out a Full Moon. This either moved the entirety of the planet (Something even Wonder Woman can't do alone; No Shade) or the Sun & Moon at the same time which only goes to make this more impressive.
-Strong enough to stop the blades of Valiance that can casually slice an insidious in half with one swing.
[Speed]
-Reacted to Irenic before it even got near her, skilled enough to shoot them mid-chase, & dodged the bombs they dropped near her. P.S.: The Bridge wasn't that long, you cross the same tunnels, etc. multiple times.
-Dodged galaxies thrown at her by Jubileus.
[Durability]
-Tanked an intense electric shock to the throat from Balder.
-Tanked a magic-powered headshot from Jeanne & was merely staggered.
-The Woven Suits of the Umbra Witches acts similarly to Gut's Armor as it keeps them in one piece.
-The "Bleeding Flower Petals" mechanic was proven cannon in the cutscene at the end of the 2nd fight with Jeanne so Bayo does have a degree of Regenerationn to cutting or stabbing attacks.
-Tanked multiple atomization blasts from Loptr that even her demons couldn't survive.
Jubileus
I think Jubileus is way stronger than let on. She can warp reality, shoot beams of light, create worlds of fire and ice, create black-holes and cosmic storms, & best of all she can create multiple compressed galaxies & toss them like frisbees. Closer to the end when her body is slightly starting to fall apart, you can see he has stars & constellations within her. I know a galaxy buster could survive in the sun, but their souls is another conversation entirely. I'm just sayin'.
