Actually, I think Bojack wins since Evil Leafy's 4-A is clearly non combat applicable.

I don't even need to know about Evil Leafy's opponent to know they easily win. Evil Leafy's stellar power stems from hax she doesn't use to fight with. Evil Leafy probably can't use it in combat, so there is no point in making the combatants bloodlusted if you think changing the battle conditions would help. Evil Leafy doesn't have any helpful abilities in this scenario and speed is equalized so this is a stomp.
