Fair enough. I know absolutely nothing about Demon Slayer, but it looks like Zenitsu absolutely floors Phantom Striker when it comes to skill, but PS can keep him at bay with his wind manip and by constantly teleporting around. Though considering his stat amps and RPL, Zenitsu'll eventually beat Phantom Striker if he ever manages to get close to him.
What are their APs? I know Phantom Striker is comparable to people who are baseline building level, but he's up against a guy who is only small building level.

Upscales from 0.008 so much he got an at least and likely higher rating while phantom striker scales to lightning which is actually above baseline.
