Battle of High 6-A bald guys: Radioactive Man vs Saitama

Saitama doesn't start with High 6-A puches so RM has an ample opening to yeet him with his radiation powers or at least set up a barrier which would lolnope anything Saitama could do. On the other hand, Saitama could potentially destroy him from the get-go, unless he immediately opens with barriers and the like (which doesn't quite seem to be the case based on what I can gather from his profile).

Leaning towards RM but not decided as of yet.

Restricting 4-B stuff just makes Radioactive Man a High 6-A dude with nothing.

Why is it even restricted, can't Saitama oneshot High 6-As anyways?

I might be mistaken but I think Saitama one-shotted Boros' surface-wiping attack, which means that he should massively scale above 183.24 Petatons

This might be wrong though as I am a littly rusty on OPM

Im afraid if i gave him 4-B stuff this would be a stomp.
Without it, Saitama one-shots. With it it's just a decisive victory for RM.
