Battle for 4th strongest non-smurf Low 7-B: Gunvolt vs Saten

So, I noted Gunvolt has Mid-Godly regen, so Saten has no real way to kill him; it may attemp the Sixth Wave on Gunvolt, what will makes him experiment millions of years inside his head, and allthough that would not prevent resurrection, it may cause some mental issues.

Most Gunvolt attacks can be countered by Saten's passives, and magnetic manip is nullified by agnishwattas, and Saten wouldn't die unless his brain is completely destroyed (although considering his Mid-Godly, this may happen eventually).

More curious interactions between's characters' powers may be possible, but I'm not knowledgeable in Gunvolt.

It's worth noting that Gunvolt already starts with a small AP edge, and can quickly make it a 36x AP edge if he needs to.

How long do you imagine it would take for Gunvolt to destroy Saten's brain?

What worries me more is how does Saten get past Prevasion. Oh wait lemme explain that. Here we go again

Prevasion is an automatic intangibility defense that turns GV into electrons. It costs part of a resource called EP, the same resource as his Flashfield each time its used to evade an attack, hence "Pre"vasion. By default, he's practically unhittable. As for EP, that resource is rechargable, either on its own, or manually by Gunvolt himself. If he chooses the latter, all of his EP is instantly restored to its absolute max. Combine this with Prevasion, and Gunvolt can stall out anyone if he really wanted to. In character however, Gunvolt does not rely on Prevasion and actively tries to dodge attacks, but would also want to make sure that his EP is topped. Prevasion is disabled when Gunvolt uses his Flashfield, his main attack.

When he is out of EP, he goes into Overheat state, for a second or two, he becomes vulnerable and cannot use his Flashfield or Prevasion, making him vulnerable to any normal attack. However, in character, Gunvolt tries to keep his EP at full at all times via instant recharge and Split Second if needed, the both being spammable

From here, we can discuss whether or not GV should have Prevasion, in battle, he effectively fights exactly the same with or without it, always trying to dodge attacks first anyways. However, with Anthem, GV not only has INFINITE EP but is forced to have Prevasion, making him effectively invincible

Unfortunately there has been a issue with internet and I can't hold a debate as properly.

Saten should be able to deal with several projectiles with easy, just as Arclight, it has a passive defense, if one attacks him, the stigmata activate and count with another attack. He does not really needs to defend, at least against projectile attacks.

As for Prevasion, can't guarantee it per se, he can control matter to the point it can extinguish flames by stopping every single molecule, but interaction with electrons has been minimal beyond magnetism (although there is electric based attacks in verse); it depends how several of his attacks would interact with electrons (does gravity affect electrons?).

What da...? Pretty sure I answered that one last question. Anyway, graviton is mostrly used to crush people under their own weight, but it can also make decrease the weight of objects.

Hm... actually, that could get through it, both of them (for reasons too hard to explain, just know that there is evidence of that working, specially the latter move). The issue is, well, that limits his attack options. And GV still has that Regen. At the same time, while I'm sure GV can just fry his brains out he might just not be able to get through the guy's own Regen.

Incon?
