Indominus Rex vs Batman (Composite)

Round 1: No Preperation.

Round 2: Preperation for both (for Indominus, this means a Raptor Hunting Party joins her).

I think through intellect and speed (along with the gadgets he might have on him), I think Batman would take this one, simply because he wouldn't be reckless against a creature of that stature.

Round 2, Probably Batman as well, as he could easily bring the Batmobile or easily prepare himself for the scenario.

Despite the tier-difference, I think Batman has got this both rounds.

Round 1: Batman wins due to speed, far-superior intellect, and his tech (some of which, such as various special batarangs, can bypass durability for a mere-animal like his opponent here--through electrocution and such).

Round 2: Batman PWNS this battle, the dinosaurs never have a chance. Dude, you say they have "prep," then this is no contest, if Batman knows he's going dinosaur-hunting then he will bring tech that can easily take down dinosaurs in droves.
