ok, my previous comment was too vague

In terms of AP and durability, Pinkie clearly stomps. Pinkie scales to Princess Celestia to an extent, who is casually baseline. This already puts her at nearly triple of Bardock's AP

For speed, Bardock stomps, but Pinkie's Precog, Teleportation, and Fourth Wall Awareness Screen Freezing can allow her to keep up with Bardock's speed for a while. Barock is under 200 times faster, cause Bardock is baseline Massively FTL while Pinkie is casually much, MUCH faster than 0.46c, so she should be able to keep up with him somewhat

For versatility, Pinkie stomps. Her Hammerspace gives her a variety of random crap she can use against Bardock, while Bardock can't do much outside of blasting her

So overall, I was wrong in saying this was a stomp, but Pinkie still gets my vote

She can't teleport because she'll be dead before she even knows she has to teleport. She can't time stop because she'll be dead before she even knows she has to time stop. 4th wall awareness doesn't help at all.
