In bleach reiatsu isn't the only factor when it comes to stats.
Your physical strength,speed and durability are actually sperate from reiastu. For example kenpachis body can't handle the power of his fully released reiatsu. Or how aizen thought ichigo turned his reiastu to physical stats. Even in the datebook they have reiatsu,speed and strength in sperate categories.
Tho reiastu can still be cloaked over your body to Amp stats
