The reason Almighty is are 4D is because of Yhwach's power to change timelines. Yhwach chooses a future he wishes, and events unfold according to that timeline. So with this ability, Yhwach can significantly affect Higher Dimensional Structures.
Also, the reason why Aizen's Kyoka Suigetsu is 4D is because it affects/changing the timelines that Yhwach sees.

Is there a thread where 4D Dangai is accepted? I’ve believed it for a bit personally but I didn’t know the wiki considered it one
