Tbf Ichigo trained , mastered and evolved the 'fraction' of power tgat Zangetsu gave him at that time , TYBW Ichigo never had the same level of training like Dangai. Dangai Ichigo was in a different level of existence beyond other beings which is why his reiatsu was unable to be felt by others. TS Ichigo is on the same level of existence as other Shinigamis , hollows , quincy and humans which is why others can sense him. The whole reason why Dangai and Hogyoku forms Aizen were unable to be sensed is because they were on a different plane of existence and not because their reiatsu was too high. Current Ichigo has higher reiatsu than Dangai version.Serious TS Ichigo had physical reiatsu from its sheer amount and power, Mugetsu didn't have that
