I just explained his body= his size= his reshi=power/ spirit energy. Like yammy when he eats he stores energy which increases his size/mass due to the accumulated amount of energy

It's very obvious that the wording and sentence structure does not imply more or less than 1:1, especially when the novel utilizes language like "corresponding" which is synonymous with equivalent.
Gerard took 3 hits from Bankai Byakuya and then became impervious to Bankai Byakuya. Gerard then took 3 hits from Bankai Kenpachi, so he would obviously have been impervious to Bankai Kenpachi which Byakuya and Toshiro defeated together.

True he also took a blow from base kenpachi and became as strong as shikai unsuppressed kenpachi it's also stated his power was great enough he could shake off the power of a bankai and the only 2 bankai he faced was kenpachi's and toshiros,clearly indicating he's above them

Wikipedia describes Ichigo's Zangetsu after its completion Ichigo's Zangetsu is a sword that can be used in two different ways: as a single sword or as two separate blades (changing the spiritual pressure), and as a large sword (in training with Kisuke Urahara and Ichibei Hyosube).
