I look at Quentima for a few seconds and then let out a resigned sigh.

"What do you want?", I ask with a low look.

"Why do you ask that?"

"What do you want ... in exchange for sharing the information you will find out about her with me?", I ask again.

 

[Drite77]

"You know what"

 

[Faruel1998]

I shiver in response.

"Okay ... I accept your request," I exclaim in a tone far from happy.

 

[Drite77]

"Well... i wasn't expecting that." She than whispers to Adrian

"You want to do it with Ukyo or do you want a thing only for yourself?~"

"Suit yourself" the man yells cheerily.

 

[Faruel1998]

"One thing only for me ...", I say with clenched teeth and in a rough tone.

"Oi Oi, what's poppin here ?"

Ukyo whispers, metaphorically jumping in the discussion between Adrian and Quentima, having noticed the formed shivering and clencing his teeths.

Hearing the words of Amastris I open my eyes wide.

Hearing what Ukyo said I stop for a moment, another eye tick appears in my face.

"Why ... I haven't thought about it?", I exclaim to then facepalm my face.

"There are a few towns past here, past that is Dallas, according to them." He explains, seemingly ignoring everything else going on.

"So we're going to Dallas? How nice ... who knows if it's a dump like the city before," I say to Corvus.

Ukyo asks, mockery in his voice is percivable.

I point to my pistols and the sniper rifle on my back.

"These are the only weapons I have, if that helps."

He replies, while doing a cold smirk, a bit of a sadistic tone being mixed in.

"OH OH, so you prefer doing it with her than just trying to ask someone, it seems you actually want it."

He comments again, same mocking voice as the last.

I look at Quentima and Ukyo for a few seconds with an empty expression.
