he's 6-A for this ,but unless the guys in the comic are 6-A (which if they are, it should be noted) i don't see anything that would put him at 6-A, his speed is Massively hypersonic + for a calc that doesn't exist, the link sends to a comic with a lightning dodging feat and since when moving a star with outside help (dinosaur soldier also had sun picking gloves and wexter was helping too) is rated 4-B ? dow

1. Yea, I'm not sure either how that's Continental AP if 2 provinces means at least 2 Countries. It probably should be "at least 6-B" instead.

For the link that justifies Axe Cop's regular axe, I don't understand how that's building level if Axe Cop randomly states he will chop their robotic heads off & doesn't do anything else shown in that one scan. Also, Axe Cop's Forbidden Move should of stayed with an "at least Country level" rating for his AP since he will destroy 2 provinces = 2 Countries IIRC.

When you put in that way, then yea. It doesn't automatically mean its gonna destroy 2 provinces.
