Mel can't lolnope anything Mob does because he doesn't use magic and it would be pain in the ass to even reach him, because of earthquakes, tornados, explosions etc that all are awakened literally by his presence only.
I believe that Mob >>>>>>>>>> any form of Mel, but Mob never fought in that state so basing on current feats, Mob could just twist his body and turn him into a bloody ball. Mid regen got nothing on this, and soul attack wouldn't work because Mob has resistance.
I vote for Mob 9/10, since everything else is absolutely useless. Maybe Mel could pull of something.
