It's a very close one. but I'm leaning towards Gunha. They have similar AP, but Gunha's Amazing Punch has longer range (more than 10 meters vs only a few meters), so he should be able to launch attacks more often as well as take less damage in return.

In addition, Gunha has Mid-Low Regenerationn and can probably spam it casually, so he's capable of tanking hits from Arthur. Whereas if Arthur is hit by one of Gunha's attacks, he cannot heal at all. So that makes the fight even more unbalanced.

However, the technique that makes the greatest difference is probably Gunha's Aurora Guard, which can defend up to Large Mountain levels. So fire and lightning isn't going to do much. Gunha wins.
 
Gunha FRA tbh. The only other thing I can see giving the other an advantage is their instinctive reaction but I don't think that will hold out in the long run against Gunha who will likely shrug off most attacks at some point.
