But is him getting a shot on him more likely than him getting torn apart by plasma saber?

Yeah, cause CSM has High-Mid and would regenerate from that in a span of seconds. Same guy who regenerated his entire body from nothing but his heart in mere moments.

Doesn't blood limit his regen? What if the heart is destroyed? My CSM knowledge is fuzzy.

Blood normally does limit a Devil's regen but for CSM it seems to not be an issue since he regenerated using only the minuscule amount of blood that resides within a human heart and reformed his body. So seemingly CSM doesn't need blood to regenerate if any at all.

If CSM's heart is destroyed then yeah he'd die. But Arthur would need to know to aim for his heart.

CSM is literally built different. The weaknesses of regular Devils affects him much less.
